"Rebeldes ¿sin? causa"

Resumen

El artículo presenta la adolescencia como un período evolutivo en el que los sujetos transitan por un necesario malestar. Este malestar se suele manifestar en forma de inhibiciones, síntomas o situaciones de crisis, a veces imprescindibles para dejar atrás la infancia y para proyectarse como seres adultos. Las características metapsicológicas y, eventualmente, las psicopatologías, de los adolescentes (sujetos en proceso de reconstitución subjetiva), hacen en ocasiones difícil el abordaje psicoanalítico clásico. A estas dificultades se añaden las nuevas condiciones sociales, culturales y económicas contemporáneas, en los que los términos de la ecuación tiempo / dinero han adquirido un valor de bienes escasos, por lo que las estrategias terapéuticas han de ir adaptándose a ello. La rebeldía adolescente tiene tanto numerosas causas como múltiples coros. Consecuentemente, nuestro responsabilidad/social, como terapeutas de jóvenes con conflictos, ha de contemplar una dimensión ética: la de buscar lo mejor relación costo/beneficio en el tratamiento de los pacientes.

The article presents adolescence as an evolutionary period in which subjects go through necessary discontent. This discontent usually manifests itself in the form of inhibitions, crisis symptoms or situations, which are at times essential in order to leave childhood behind and become adults. The metapsychological and, eventually, psychopathological characteristics of adolescents (subjects who are in the process of subjective reconstitution) at times make a classical psychoanalytic approach difficult. The new contemporary social, cultural and economic conditions, in which the terms of the equation time/money have acquired the value of scarce goods', and to which the therapeutic strategies must adopt, odd to these difficulties. Adolescent rebelliousness has numerous causes as veil as multiple faces. Consequently, as therapists of young people in conflict, our social responsibility must take an ethical dimension into consideration: that of seeking the best cost/benefit ratio in the treatment of these patients.
